Printing to PDF

I'm trying to save/print my sheets as pdf but everything on the printing options is blank.

I have attached a photo of the problem. I can't choose an option under file, print range or settings. The browse, select, setup, printing tips and preview buttons don't work either.

It was working last week and I don't know how to solve the problem.

If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

Taralinton,

It seems like your PDF printer does not support any custom settings.

Maybe the use of another (Free) PDF printer solves this problem. (like CutePDF or PDFcreator)

Make sure to 'uncheck' the add's on install.

If my post answers your question, please click the "Accept as Solution" button. This helps everyone find answers more quickly!

Kind regards,

It seems that this Microsoft Print to PDF has a problem....

Why don't use other application? I suggest. for instance, PDF Creator...This is a well tested application and works ...

Thankyou for replying to my problem but it doesn't matter which printing option i select, all the other options are blanked out. Even if I select my printer to just print from, all the options are blank.

Any ideas?

if you click the settings setup (and assuming this works still) - Setup a new print as you would. Size, zoom etc and save as. name it pdf or something. make sure its selected in name at the top and press ok - does this fix it?
