What are the fastest ways to print to pdf and export to DWG with the files named as the firm standards and no need to rename the files afterwards, is there any?

Thank you

Hello @Anonymous

You should select under Print range the "Selected views/sheets" then save the sets and continue PDF printing. And during exporting DWG select the Set you save during printing to show all the sheet or views you wanted to export.

@Anonymous

Do these require renaming each file afterwards, or they just get the naming from the sheet name and number as well as the project number?

There is an app called RVT exporter or something like that can do what you want, I think. I never use it but I have a free file renaming app that can rename hundreds of file in seconds.

Get XRev Transmit...  it reads project and titleblock parameters in its naming process, including shared parameters.

Also you can print and export at the same time....it also comes with its own PDF Emulator.
