Hello!
To hide those elevations symbols, you got to activate that view and Show crop region (1), adjust the crop region to only show what you want and then set to Crop view (2). Check the image below. To make the crop region invisible again, just click at the button 1.

To proper printing, try to check the options below:
1. First, you have to get a PDF printer. My suggestion is the DoPDF8 (available here) because it got many sheets sizes. But you can use another installed;
2. After installing the printer, go to the printing settings on Revit and set the DoPDF 8 printer as your current printer;
3. At the Print Range field, choose the sheet you want (observe that you must know the real size of the sheet);
4. At the Settings field, click on the Setup button. Then, choose the real size of your sheet (A4, A3 etc) or choose the Custom Size option, set the zoom to 100% and the paper placement at the center;
4. Only if your choice on 4. was Custom Size, on the side of your printer's name, click on the Properties button. As you already told that you want a Custom Size, just move the dimensions to millimeters and enter the correct dimensions of your sheet. Pay atention at the orientation of the sheet. If the landscape orientations doesn't work, try the portrait;
5. You're all set. Just choose to print as seperated files and click on OK. The window will open is the DoPDF window. Choose the output location of your file and click again on OK.
If your problem has been solved, please click on Accept as Solution. Then others users can take benefit of it.
