Printing overlapping lines

As per attached PDF file, some lines are overlapped, some are black with heavy thickness, some are gray with light thk.

the problem is the output is not satisfying me, because gray thin lines are shown over the thick black lines

i dont want to join some elements to solve the problem, there must be some other option to control that the heavy line overlapping the light by default, such as the auto-cad  when printing pdfs

I need to use Bluebeam to print and turn on Line Merge + Overlay mode on order for the black lines stay in front of the gray lines.

You can download a trial.  It is not free, though.

Just wondering has there been anymore improvement on this. My situation is that cut glass is thinner that cut frame, but some sides have the glass above the frame while the other side the glass is below the frame. Like the OP said, the wider line weights should take preference and be on top of thinner lines.
