Printing Not Working

Hi there, We've been using Revit LT and have been having issues printing drawings. It seems to be an intermittent problem. Sometimes we go through the print dialogue (Adobe PDF) and it prints perfectly. Then other times we'll print (using the same method) and it will look as though its going to work but then never completes printing. Any help would be appreciated.

Were there any error messages when you have the issue?

Thank you Chonghyuk,
I will try this trouble shooting although we have tried a number of these fixes previously. No error messages come up, but the print progress bar freezes on maybe the second sheet of the drawings?

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Thank you for getting back to me. I think what you described is known issue in Revit at the moment.

If you are running 2018 version, please update Revit 2018.1.1.

Unfortunately this update made no difference for us. We have been using Adobe PDF for our printing.

I'm having the same issue.  Just updated to Revit LT 2018.2 but that did not fix it still.

I have found the only way to get a group of PDF's out of Revit LT (now 2019 version) is to completely close out the Revit file, open the file again and then directly print.  Its a huge pain but it seems to be a work around
