Thank you for getting back to me. I think what you described is known issue in Revit at the moment.
If you are running 2018 version, please update Revit 2018.1.1.

I'm having the same issue. Just updated to Revit LT 2018.2 but that did not fix it still.
I have found the only way to get a group of PDF's out of Revit LT (now 2019 version) is to completely close out the Revit file, open the file again and then directly print. Its a huge pain but it seems to be a work around
