Printing Issue, Background Pattern Lost

I have a material with a surface pattern made up on a Foreground hatch, then a solid fill Background pattern.

This displays as I want when on screen, but when I print, only the Background solid fill is completely lost, leaving only the Foreground pattern, anyone have any ideas what this could be?

I've tried printing in Fine, Coarse and Medium. One thing I've noticed is if I create a filled region with the exact same pattern settings, that will actually print fine, it just seems to be when the patterns are applied to the material. Screenshots attached.

Thank you, any help muchly appreciated.

Screenshots above show the colour showing fine on the plan on screen, then the PDF print is just a white background

Does it work if you print to raster?

Ok i've got that to work, thank you for suggesting ideas. I did this through just normal Adobe printing. We use the plugin Xrev Transmit to print, and it appears that there is a setting in there that is stopping this printing as Adobe printer handles it fine, I just can't seem to see where to issue is.

Spoke too soon, the Adobe way isn't printing two of the colours i've chosen, so there are a few areas of hatch which remain white.

Try Export to PDF if you are using Revit 2022 or 2023.

So I just lifted all of the floor finishes up by 2mm, and the remaining floor finish Solid fills have also appeared!
