Printing from REVIT 2025

I started my first project in REVIT 2025 this weekend.  When I print to my PDF printer, REVIT crashes.  When I print to my printer/plotter, REVIT 2025 crashes.

All of my other projects in earlier versions of REVIT print just fine.

Should I reload 2025?

Is there a way to move the new project back to 2024 until I get this worked out?

It might be worth a shot.

Only if you saved a back-up copy of it while it was still in 2024.

Reloaded REVIT 2025
All printing works fine now.
Go figure????
Updates of everything these days seem to be done without any consideration
of users, so my default thinking is that something has changed (with best
intentions, but . . .) I look forward to working in the latest release
going forward now that I feel confident that I can use it.

Use Export to PDF.  It is better than print to PDF.

Just make sure you install the latest SP R2025.4

And if you have a crash issue, looking into the hardware specs and download of the installation files is worthwhile. I can see on a slow internet downloading the multiple GB of files can be erroneous.

Revit Version: R2026.2
Hardware: i9 14900K, 64GB, Nvidia RTX 2000 Ada 16GB
Add-ins: ElumTools; Ripple-HVAC; ElectroBIM; Qbitec
