Printing crashing

Hi, i need support in this problem please because i serched on this site and i did some of this timps but nothing happened. I have revit 2016 since today . For 2 years i worked in 2015 and 2014 versions and never i had this problem but today i tried to print some projects. I arranged it in to my A1 paper format and when i hit print button the program stops working , it crashed. I'm using doPDF 8 or something like this since i started to work in revit (2 years). This problem is stressing me out because the finals coming out and i must finish my work. Repairing, unnistaling didn't do anything. It can be a virus or something because i catched a chineze malware with some orange squirell two days ago. Please don't tell my to reinstall my Windows because i don't have time for this. Please help me !

Hello @Anonymous,

That nog good news.

What is important is to check if there is really a virus on your computer.

Do you have some kind of virus checking software on your computer?

Try exporting your plots to a DWF file.

Download the Autodesk Design Review software. it is free.

Open the DWF file in Design Review and plot from there.

download the cutepdf writer if your pdf writer is causing problems.

Thanks for the solution but when i export as dwg file and open in autocad the lines aren't the same . Example: if i have a grey line or a thicker line in autocad all lines are the same .

Hello @Anonymous,

Did you set the DWG export settings right?

DWG export settings.png

Be aware of the following:

Revit uses plot weights connected to scale of the view and the Object Style Line weights.

AutoCAD uses layers, colors and ctb files.

So you have to get them in sync.

Revit won't export the line weights.

He meant DWF not DWG.
