How do you print as a PDF when the drop down only provides the printer or FAX as an option? Is there a way to load PDF as an option if it's not already there?

What do you normally use to create PDF's?  If you're in a bind, go grab a trial of Bluebeam Revu.  They have a great plugin and driver for Revit.  The trial is for 30 days.

I normally just print through the Revit program itself. Typically, when  you click print, there's a drop down option that says PDF. When you go to print, it automatically saves it as a PDF. But I will give your suggestion a try, thank you!

If it is from the same computer then your PDF printer has been removed. You can get a free one such as PDF Creator. They do not have all the features like Bluebeam or Acrobat but they will do the job of printing from any programs to PDF.
