Print to pdf

Hi everyone. Supose this escenario. I want to print a sheet with all elements in red color, including the title block directly in pdf. In AutoCAD you can do this selecting all colors and asign them the red color.
Is there any way to do this in Revit? Without having to chage object style or overriding in V/V of all categories. Also without doing an intermediate step, like export to dwg. Thank you!

Print from Revit in black, then edit the PDF in Photoshop, replacing black with red.

Xref the PDF into AutoCAD.  You can change the color of the entire PDF there.

Sorry. It does not work with linked PDF, only 1-bit (black and white) PNG images.

Thanks for the answer. I will keep trying to find a way to print directly in pdf in red color (or other color). Perhaps with an external tool.

I found it strange that Revit can`t do this.

If you find another way, i will apreciate that. Thanks!

I just discovered that you can do it pretty easily in Bluebeam Revu.

I can do it like this:

1. Duplicate a view just for this purpose.

2. Select everything in the view by drawing a big selection box around everything, right-click, Override Graphics by Element, change every possible color setting to red (cut lines, projection lines, surface patterns, etc.)

3. Delete any view filters that are still overriding color preventing everything from being red.

4. In the print dialog, after selecting your PDF printer, edit the printer properties and make sure color handling isn't set to black/white or grayscale or something that prevents the Revit color from making it through to the final PDf.

5. Print. Bingo. Results achieved!
