I'm PDF'ing a couple 30 x 42 sheets at 100% scale and all text on the page is zoomed larger for some reason. The titleblock fits the 30 x 42 window, but all the text within it is too big and all of the general notes and legend text on the sheet itself are too big. When I look at the sheets on my monitor, everything is scaled correctly. I'm not sure where the disconnect is happening. I tested on Revit 2019 with no issue, it seems to just be Revit 2020 that's giving me an issue.

Appreciate any help!

I've seen a similar problem and it had to do with the microsoft surface screen resolution.

Microsoft Surface comes with a high-resolution display.

Please see How to set custom screen resolutions on Microsoft Surface

Is it similar if I'm working on a desktop? I checked my display settings and it looks like I'm using the recommended settings.

Did you tried any other PDF exporter such as BLUEBEAM or foxit reader. May be it will solve your problem.

That was a good thought. I had been PDFing using BlueBeam and I asked my coworkers what to do and they recommended PDF Creator. I just tried it and encountered the same problem 😕
