Print To PDF Scaling Issues

I have a small project and I’m trying to get a PDF. For the life of my I can’t get it to scale correctly. I’ve tried everything I feel and I’m about to lose my mind. My 3-0 door measures about 4ft when looking at the PDF as actual size. In Revit though when I zoom to sheet size everything measures correctly using a scale against my monitor.

I made a .DWF file and open it with Design Review and it scales properly. I try to make a PDF in Design Review and I get the same problem. A PDF that isn’t scaled to the scale I chose.

Is there anything I can do? I’d be happy to share the file if anyone wants to take a look at it.

What PDF driver are you using? In Adobe, there is a overriding scaling feature which will override whatever scale you print from Revit.

Are you by-chance using Remote Desktop to print from a remote computer? We've had PDF scaling issues using Remote Desktop since we started working remotely at the beginning of COVID-19. As far as I know it's a known issue by Autodesk and Microsoft but as-yet remains unresolved. The only workaround we have at the moment is to restart the host computer and try running the PDF print again.
