I have issue with print area.
When I try to print A4 (or other pages) I ger results as seen page 1. Unfinished lines on both sides. Problem is that I can't get whole border around page. Either sides or top and bottom is missing.
The ideal results I would like to receive is in photo 2.
But what I have to change? Page tamplate?!

You should modify the title block family you are using. The outer edges of the title block family should correspond with the size of the paper.
When printing you also will have to make sure that print settings are ok (e.g. right paper size, zooming 100%).
And when placing views on the sheet make sure they stick within the outer boundaries of the title block or you might have issues
And then still you can run into some issues. Especially older printers have hard edges, where they can not print in the first x mm (top/bottom & left/right) of the paper.
