Prefab modules

Hello!

I would like to create a prefabricated concrete module as a family in Revit. Module has a structure: concrete-insulation-concrete. What would be the best it would be to set the one part of the family as a floor and then the other parts as a walls. Is it possible in any way to add wall/floor system family as a nested family or is it any better way to do that?

Thanks in advance

Model it in a Project with System Family Walls, Floors, etc., Group it and Save it out of Project.

Thanks a lot for your answer! Unfortunately, the possibility to save it as a family out of a project is blocked so the solution is not working.

As you said with having it as the group it is going to work, but we specifically try to do have it as family.

I did not say save it out of the Project to an RFA. I said save it out of the Project to an RVT. You can then load that RVT into any other Project, just like a loadable Family, via Insert=>Load as Group.

You cannot use System Families in Loadable Families, so the answer to your original question is "No".
