Posts inside wall visibility

I have attached a screenshot of my Perlin wall I have constructed using reveals and sweep to emulate air gaps and 2 by material. After I completed the wall I tried placing my post where it needs to go and I cannot see it either in my 3D or enscape plug-in. Is there any way to adjust the setting to make that visible?

Thank you,

Hi,

Your object might not be visible in your 3D view due to its visibility settings (if you can't see something in the 3D view you are using for Enscape, you won't see it there either).
In your 3D view, use the Reveal Hidden Elements tool and check if you can then see your wall.

If you can see it, select it and then click on Unhide Category

If Reveal Hidden Elements doesn't show your wall, try creating a new default 3D view by either renaming or deleting the current one, then go to View>3D Views>Default 3D View

You should hopefully see your wall now.

Let us know if this helps!

My mouse is hovering over it in this instance, but I would like for it to be visible without me having to do that.

Revit states; One element is completely inside another. Is there a way I can add a vertical sweep to emulate the 4x6 posts I'm going for?

Use a structural column or framing, not architectural column.

You could add a vertical sweep with a negative offset, to place it where needed within the wall. You just need a 4x6 profile to assign to that new sweep type.
