Possible to mirror project, but not all of it?

I've fully completed a residential project, got the building permit and everything, contractor is ready to start excavating - and the client has now surprised me by asking to mirror the house side-to-side. All of the site, landscaping, civil, etc components are included in the file (not linked, etc).  I know how to do mirror the project,  but it also mirrors all of the site info (property lines, utility locations, etc) with it, which are not to be mirrored as they are located at fixed places in the world.  I want to mirror the building, with all the accompanying annotations, etc, but have everything on the Site Plan (except the building) stay as-is.  Complicating things is the property is not a nice rectangle, but has several curves, and the building does not face exactly any cardinal direction (it's 5 degrees off north).  One solution I've considered is exporting the Site plan page out, which contains all of that info, and then linking the building back to it (after mirroring it of course).  But lots of scheduled information about the building is located on the Site Plan sheet.  Can you schedule information that originates in the linked file, and place the schedules on the host sheet?  Maybe there's a better way to do this?

Got a pillow? Press your face into it and scream as loud as you can.

- Do a save as to another file, open and delete everything except for the Site
- Open the original model, delete Site and keep the building
- Now you have to decide where do you want to document the project. If the majority of drawings is building related then use the building as the host and link the Site in and vice versa.
- You can populate any schedules with the data in the link by check Include Linked elements in the schedule field settings. It is not a big deal.
- As usual, it is easier said than done but so do make your client compensate yourself nicely.

Thanks for the suggestions! Good to know scheduled data can be filled from the linked file! Cheers!
