Revit has a couple of coordinate systems. Go to a plan view and activate the Site Category and its Subcategories - Internal Origin, Project Base Point and Survey Point:

The displayed points represent the origins of their respective coordinate systems.
Place a Spot Coordinate somewhere in the plan view, try switching between different coordinate bases to see if you get what you want.

Mind the Units & Coordinates tab when exporting to DWG. You can choose the coordinate base here.
