Hello everyone! So the fact that a certain adaptive model can be created in a way that can be placed via points in a geometry's intersections/nodes, how can you make one adaptive model be placed on different number of points? the example has four points but is it possible that one adaptive model can be placed on four but also three, five or more more points? or a model that can adapt to any number of points. Thank you so much!

As far as I know, if you build a 4 points adaptive family, you can place it on 1-4 points. You can hit ESC to finish your family without click 4 times. After you click 4 times, the family will be placed and the next click will start a new one.
so meaning I can just make a 30+ point adaptive model to actually have what I was trying to create? hmm that's still cool
You can ESC to place the family, but it will still have all those points.
you mean if the four point adaptive model for example is a mullion that has to be put on a triangle still shows the four corners? or it will just become a triangle? thanksss
I apology if I confused you, it seems I misunderstood your question.
If you build a family with 4 points, you can place it with only 1 to 3 click and ESC, but all the 4 points will created. You can't delete or add points. You will need to build different family with different number of points.
I'm still new to adaptive family, let me know if I am wrong. ![]()
