We are using Revit 2021 and have a point cloud survey with the extension *.rcp. I keep getting an error message that says the file is incompatible or corrupt when I try to insert this point cloud into Revit. We have redownloaded the same file as well as exported the entire new file. However, we continue to receive the same error. I have attempted to insert the point cloud using all the options Revit provides. (Center to Center & Origin to origin. & By shared coord.) We are not sure what we are doing wrong. Please find attached images & project links to get a clear idea of the issue.
Let us know how can we resolve this issue.

The RCP is 2KB, of course it doesn't work.
RCP is a point cloud project, which needs the RCS or PTS source files.
You'll need to have the Support File folder beside the .rcp file - that Support File , usually is a huge folder...
The support folder needs to be in the same folder as the RCP file for it to be able to open correctly
