Hey everyone,
Having an issue with some plotting in Revit.
Please refer to the attached.
In revit the sheet view is showing the correct colours for the sheet I.e. Filters have been applied to the view.
During the plotting, only the red pipe filter is showing and the others turn greyscale. The red pipe is a revit system pipe and the others are Fabrication pipes. But this should not have an issue. As can be seen the areas have callouts, but they plot ok on separate drawings.
Have tried all settings in the print dialog box i.e. raster v vector, halftone v thin lines etc but to no avail.
If you could provide some assitance that would be great!
Maybe a bug??
Cheers,
Jase

Hi @Anonymous
I'm really not sure about it but it can be related to discipline of some pipes, did you checked that out?
Check Phasing of the Fab piping? ( gray scale could be a phase issue.) Also Phase Filter of the View.
Just a guess.
Hey cbcarch,
Even though what you said was correct i.e. I had my phases different for the grey pipes. I switched to the same phase, and the issue was was there.
In saying that I have now worked out what it was:
My views were set to wireframe. I changed the colour scheme to foreground to see if that would help, in doing so it automatically changed the model display to Hidden Line. And there you go it worked.
One wonders why the filters only worked for Revit System piping in Wireframe and not the other types?
Anyway sorted now!
Thank you Revit Champs of the world ![]()
Have a great one!!
