Plans are different scale than Elevations

All plans are 1/8" and fit on ANSI D size (30"x42"), although Elevations are displaying 3/32. How to keep them the same scale?

Change the elevations' scale to 1/8" = 1' to match plans.

I did that initially and the elevations are too large (overlap the Titleblock).

I don't understand. Sounds like you are saying you have Views on Sheet that are different scales, but you want them all the same.  Change the View Scales to match then. No?

...are you meaning the View Titles' scale? Create a new, smaller Type to use then.

This?

So you can either split the elevation into 2 and place them on sheet or sheets with a match line, or use a smaller scale than 1/8".

To split the elevation, duplicate it as dependent to create two child views, then crop them and place a match line + a view reference on each to refer back and forth.
