Plan Region with doors from level below

Hello everyone,

we are using conVoid for void coordination. They have very cool families but there is a problem: when I use a plan region in a view, that shows level below with a door (very weird but true), Revit can not show them on PDF with vector processing.

It looks nice in view:

That is the PDF:

If I delete the door or hide it, I can see those families... Why is it like that?

Weird cutting Family? I did some fiddling with the larger, invisible one, and although it stil doesn't show in Revit, it DOES show on PDF?

Thank you very much for your efforts! The family is also weird as that relation between door in plan region... They created a host family for filled regions in that cutting family. It has structural columns as category and it contains two reference level. In your case we would see then the "Element Unten Symbol" instead of "Element Oben Symbol". As if it would be from a level below. Because of the fact that these are instance parameters, we can adjust them but I am still wondering what kind of behaviour from Revit is that?

Good question - I studied it again and there's so much going on in this Family I simply don't understand. I guess it's a combination of View Range settings and settings in this Family, but I think you have more chance for success if you contact Convoid?
