Pipes MEP project

Hi, my name is Filipe and I am making a HVAC project and on my plan view does no appear pipes connected into a mechanical equipment and I don´t know why.

I have the mechanincal equipment, a duct conected to it and I need to connect a pipe. But the pipe is the only thing that does not appear.

The discipline of the plan view is Mechanical. The strange thing is that, in the 3D view the pipe that I draw in plan view appears. So, I draw a pipe in plan view and it doesn´t appear but in 3D it appears.

Can anybody help me with that?

Thank you

Hello, and welcome to the Discussion Groups!

If you created your Project using the default Mechanical Template, then the cause is probably the View Filters. Open Visibility/Graphics (you can type "V.V") and go to the "Filters" tab. You will likely see three View Filters ("Domestic", "Sanitary", "Vent") which are turned off. Either remove these View Filters or enable their Visibility, and your Pipes should appear.

Thank you very much.

I am developing a new mechanical template from the default one. I used the dafault from Revit and I am trying to improve it. Its a big challenge for me at the moment and it´s good to know that I can count on this community. Probably I will comeback soon whith more questions.
