Can someone please tell me how can i trim the the pipe at different angles in section and in view. The picture is in attachment.
The yellow line shows where i want to cut the pipe

Revit won't do that to pipes. A masking region might get you what you want.
Just like @RobDraw said, this cannot be done, so as not to disturb your material count
But if counting is not a problem, I saw once that people made in pipe fittings family a parameter to control the angle and linked it to a void, so that the cut could be represented, and they just filtered this pipe fittings from the table . but for me it still takes a few centimeters from the size of the pipe.

You could stop the pipe short and put a void in the angled wall or what ever it is that the pipe is going thru.
