Phasing problems need your expertise

I have a phase 1 and phase 2, when I set the phasing per phase I'm able to see on both phasing the room names, but when I set the phase filter to NONE and phase to ALL the room names are not visible. How can I make them visible. Thanks

Where are you getting the option to see "All" Phases from??? You can only pick one phase at a time from the the drop-down list of available phases

Kind regards,
Ian

I guess @BIM_Dreamer is confusing phases with phase filters.

Could be. It's just the way he states...

"when I set the phase filter to NONE and phase to ALL...."

We need a bit more info / clarification

Kind regards,
Ian

@bimscape @Ilic.Andrej - I think that this is what the OP means (with Show All or None as Phase filter....) -

Rooms do not translate across Phases.

You may need to copy the Rooms from Phase 1 to Phase 2.

What happens when you set Phase Filter in View to Show All? This should show everything in all Phases.

Then try Show Complete? Show Previous & New?, etc.

Okay, maybe I didn't explain well, sorry for that. I have a two building adjacent to each other phase 1 and phase 2 with room names each phase. I can make them set (off/on which phase I need to show) by using a phase filter. Now I want to have an overall plan view that can show both phase 1 and phase 2 which I am able to show it but, my issue is the room names disappear how can I set the room names appear on both phases or is that possible or not possible? Thanks

If you have not already done so,

Try setting Phase Filter in View to Show Complete, or Show All.

What happens?

Also, is one of the buildings Linked into the other file? If so, check Phase Mapping.

Select the Linked Model, then under Properties, check that Phase Mapping is IDENTICAL in each model.

Show All won't cut it. You will have to copy the rooms from one phase to the other.

Again - you will need to copy the rooms from one phase to the other. Rooms do not translate from one phase to the other.

You select Rooms from one phase, CTRL+C to copy to clipboard, switch the view to the other phase or open a view of the other phase, Paste align to the same place or align to View.  The only warning you will have is if you already have rooms of the same number under the target phase or you already have some rooms in the same place.  To avoid them, create a room schedule of the target phase and delete any rooms that not supposed to be there.
