Phasing overide

I'm working in Revit LT 2020. I want to make it so that when my plan is set to coarse that the hatching shows different colors for different phases of construction. ( dark hatch for new construction and light for existing)  I want when the plan is set to fine to show the wall details and not the different hatching. How do I make this graphic change for my template?

Hatches for phasing are done using material- and graphic overrides in the manage --> phases --> graphic overrides dialog. You can create a phase filter in the tab next to it with all the phases overridden, this is not nescessarily related to view detail though.

Another functionality is the Course pattern fill and color overrides you'll find when editing wall types under graphic for instance. You can make view specific Course representations for walls only for instance by setting the view detail override in Visibility graphics for a view, this usually is set to byView.

I guess the combination of the above should get you there. Ask away for specifics.

might be good to Google some Video Tutorials on the Subject.  Here's one to get you started.  There's a ton more.  Ain't Google grand!
