My problem is, how can I remove the red fill on wall surface in 3d view?

I cannot remember any instance that I assign color red for surface fill.

Thank you in advance!

Check a couple of things:
1. Default wall material cut pattern
2. Edit 3d view type and look at coarse poche cut pattern

I checked your recommendation, both didn't work.

The red is default colour for demolition in Revit, if I'm not mistaken. However you can change it (override, filter, phasing and etc.)

try to change "Material Deomo" to Material existСнимок.PNG

Use don't by any chance have red solid fill as your wall's graphic appearance in Course View and maybe the VGO set to Course for the Walls???

Got it!

Apparently I removed all the MATERIALS under GRAPHIC OVERRIDES.

I setup the materials and now it's okay!

どうもありがとうございました!!

I did not see any material assigned to Phase Overrides from your screenshot.  So did you use the Phase-Demo material for the new walls?

Yes. I removed the MATERIALS assigned to PHASE OVERRIDES and I forgot to re-assign it.

I chose the default material "Phase-Existing", "Phase-New" and "Phase-Demolish" available in material browser.

I'm not sure though. When I assigned "Phase-Existing", "Phase-New" and "Phase-Demolish", the red fill disappeared.

I think I'm missing something here. The Phasing Graphic Overrides settings, that you are showing in your solution, have no effect on the demo shading in 3D.  You must have changed the Material color for "Phase-Demo".  Is that right?

I'm talking about this:
