i am wondering what PDF printer to use? we have been using Adobe PDF but a couple of months ago we started having issues when printing multiple sheets and combining them into one pdf. the adobe pdf printer would hang up and eventually it would be so long that i would have to force cancel it. subsequently, we started using CutePDF and there is no problem with printing multiple sheets and combining into one pdf. the issue we have run into with cutepdf is that it will not recognize the font that we use for our company name so it doesn't get printed. any suggestions
You can try PDF Creator...but not sure if it will handle your custom font or not. Luckily it's a free test.
We use Bluebeam in our office.
When you print to Adobe PDF use CTRL+P, not the print button, to call up the print command.
For any PDF printers, you can edit the settings to embed the soft fonts to the print instead using the printer's fonts.
PDF Creator and PDF Architect are among free ones. They both work for me.
you can try BULLZIP pdf driver it's free and see if works for you. thanks
