Pause to solar animation

Thanks to Toan, I have been able to make the solar study works.

I notice the animation can run at 1hr interval max. Is there a way to make it run 15 minute interval, BUT at certain point, say 8am, 11am, 3pm, 5pm, the frames will pause for, say 30 seconds ? Or should I employ a third party software to do this ? I know Rv can do complicated walkthrough, so this option must be somewhere that I have not known/learned.

You cannot pause the export, but you can export it as a series of images instead of an animation, turn of timestamp, and pick the images at the right times to use.

Revit doesn't do video and photo editing

1. Create several 3D views and set each to an Interval of 15 mins starting at specific time
2. Export all
3. Combine in Adobe Premiere 

Alternatively, use a GIF recorder and record the screen while you run the animations successively (that would be the free alternative to Adobe
