Having some weird things happen in a plan views that are parent / dependent in a project. Place text in a parent and sometimes it goes to the dependents and sometimes it doesn't. Same with detail lines and tags. Also same if I place in the dependent, it sometimes goes to the parent and sometimes not.
Did notice that when we place text, tags, or detail lines they have a strange workset associated with them (See attachments) "Elevation 26". We do not have an Elevation 26 that can be found. Why is it showing up on items that are placed on the plan view?
Other projects when placing text, tags and detail lines in plan view they have a workset associated with the floor plan (see last attachment).
Any ideas on what is happening or what I need to look at to get this resolved?
Thank you for the help and time.

Are you sure it's not an issue with the annotation crop region?
The annotation crop region is out a fair distance from the plan. 50 feet or so. It is happing in all parent / dependent plan views.
I thought you were talking about dependent views. Detail and annotation items are view dependent, so they only show up in the view they're created in ("Duplicate as a Dependent" is the exception). As do Detail Lines. If you want a line that shows up in multiple views, use a Model Line.
Or am I not understanding the problem here.

I have corrected that. I had someone talking with me as I typed. I typed what we were talking about on a totally different subject. I can't type and listen at the same time. ![]()
Details lines on all my other projects with Parent / Dependent views show and change throughout that structure just fine.
