Parametric Title block

I need to create a parametric title block with options for left, right, top and bottom locations. It is a presentation title block so it will have logos and labels. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Create all four options in your title block family and then give them visibility parameters to switch off the options that you don't want visible.

Right. Can you point me out to a tutorial that shows me how to do that?

Here s few tips from me. This kind of parametric title block can flex however you like, it has margins but also, it respects the origin. I think its good to know where the title block origin is and to keep all project legends, generic annotations and schedules close to it. If you have that set, you can copy-paste them between sheets that are different sizes while not needing to worry about their positioning.

It would be simple if I was trying to switch position of the same object but the options includes moving the lines, images and labels around too. See attached screenshot. Than you.

So what you're saying essentially is that you want Titleblocks within a Titleblock? Personally, I wouldn't suggest it. Been there, done that -- didn't work so well. Much easier to use and manage pre-configured Titleblocks.

I use groups. You can put two white lines inside the group that can be used as an anchor for positioning the group. But most probably the group will have some frame- visible lines which can be used to  "grab" the group. I avoid putting reference lines inside the group cause that messes the hierarchy of constraints. This would not happen if Title Blocks had those two reference planes which define its origin and give anchor- just like other 2d families have. But with this workaround, you deal with that problem and make Title Block behave how you want it to behave. You can just try to create some simple mechanism and group things together. To some point I agree with @barthbradley  Making those kind of title blocks is a nightmare. Mess with it only if you often print some custom sheet sizes like I do....
