Hi

I have this conveyor model that works perfectly, save for the return roller that does not align whenever an angle is input. It has parameters. Could you guys help please?

None of the instances of that family are hosted by the reference line that is driving the rotation. Once you edit their workplane to be that reference line, they will rotate along with the rest of the conveyor.

Side comments: I recommend to simplify the family, and to do the rotation in another, next, family, rotating the whole conveyor as a single thing, to avoid issues like this, of smaller pieces being left behind, specially once the family is at work in a project. Some things seem to work in the family editor. The true test is in a project.

Do you mean removing everything that was done in terms of reference lines in this one, keep it at 0 degrees and then create a new family called "Project use".rfa and then insert the previous "Conveyor".rfa family and do all the parameters for angles and etc in there?

If this is what you said, I think in that case I will need only one angle parameter right?

Yes, that is my advice. It simplifies the process for you, and for the end user, because only the most essential parameters need to pass to the next family, most likely the angle of rotation and the length. Instead of all the parameters and constraints that the family maker needs to create to make the family rotate in the same family, as in this case.

Side comment: the next family is the one that should be called Conveyor.rfa . This one can have a different name such as Platform for Conveyor, or similar
