Paper Size in title block

Is their anyway to automatically have the paper size (A0, A1, A3) displayed on my title block? So that I can state the scale and the appropriate page size? Thanks in advance

Edit the title block families and add a small piece of text somewhere, e.g. 100% @ A0, 50% @ A2, etc...

So that when someone look at a print on paper they have an idea if it is printed full sized or not.
