Try the following:
1. Use Autodesk Uninstall Tool to remove Revit and any addins/extensions associated with Revit
2. Download new Revit installation files (browser download)
3. Install accordingly.

Did you try a repair of Revit?
Can you confirm if you have the latest updates installed from your Autodesk Desktop App for your Revit version?

If the other suggestions don't help, try taking a look at your display settings. If you happen to be using a Surface, your resolution and/or Zoom factor could be affecting your Revit session. A Zoom factor of 200% or above can be problematic and a resolution setting that is too high can be as well.

- Repair. This option replaces all registry entries that the product initially installed and restores it to its default state. If you are missing product files, use this option.
