Try the following:

1.  Use Autodesk Uninstall Tool to remove Revit and any addins/extensions associated with Revit

2.  Download new Revit installation files (browser download)

3.  Install accordingly.

Hi @Anonymous

Welcome to the Autodesk Community! I see that you are visiting as a new member :smileyhappy

Sorry to hear that you are facing issues.

Did you try a repair of Revit?

  • Repair. This option replaces all registry entries that the product initially installed and restores it to its default state. If you are missing product files, use this option.

Can you confirm if you have the latest updates installed from your Autodesk Desktop App for your Revit version?

Regards,

If the other suggestions don't help, try taking a look at your display settings.  If you happen to be using a Surface, your resolution and/or Zoom factor could be affecting your Revit session.  A Zoom factor of 200% or above can be problematic and a resolution setting that is too high can be as well.

Which entries from the registry should be deleted?
Which way are they on?
