Hello friends!
Did I find a glitch or am I missing something? Can you help me?
I am currently using Graphic Overrides for my Revit project. Existing walls have a thin Cut Line (3) while New Construction Walls have a thicker Cut Line (5). It works just fine.
Now, I've duplicated my Floor Plan to create a Furniture Layout Plan. My goal is to make the Cut Line for ALL walls (both Existing and New Construction) to be 2. To do so, I created a "Filter Override" under Visibility Graphics to make all Wall Cut Lines 2.
Now.... all my Existing Wall Cut Lines did drop to 2, but my New Construction walls remain at 5.... BUT if I make my Wall Cut Filter Override a larger number, let's say 10, ALL walls will have a Cut Line of 10. For some reason, my New Construction Wall Cut lines, won't go below it's Phase Filter Graphic Override, it will only go up.
Does someone see a solution to override my 'Phasing Graphic Overrides'?
Thank you for your input/help!
Ha! Reads like one of those convoluted algebraic equations that begin with: "Two trains leaving the station at different times...". My head is swimming. Can you post some visual aids?
Hi @Anonymous
I wonder if this could be a Projection Line that you are seeing rather than the Wall Cut line?
Can you you check the wall projection line override, and maybe floor?
Failing this, perhaps you need to create a new Phase Filter, or use Show complete Filter and override all walls in your View Template.
