Override 'as indicated' scale text?

When you have multiple drawings with different scales on a sheet, it will normally say 'as indicated' for the scale of the drawing on the sheet. is there a way to override this and make it show the scale that you want it show? I've got legends which have different scales to the main drawing on a sheet, and its a bit annoying that I'm not able to show the scale of the main drawing in the title block but instead I have to use the viewport title to show the scale of the drawing.

You could override that field on the sheet so that the scale label is removed and made into an editable text label.

If possible, you can use legend views for non-model element views (general notes, typical details, photos). These won't affect your indicated scale.
