Can you post pictures of the wall?

If the wall is created by placing it on a mass, you can create the opening by creating an opening in the mass and updating the wall.

Or you can create a model-in-place wall, with no solid geometry only a void to cut the wall. Create the void and cut with the wall, then finish the in-place family.

Edit the in-place slanted wall and add the void, cut the wall, and finish the editing.

THANK YOU.

I DID ACHIEVE THE FORM IN MASS IN PLACE .BUT WHEN WANTED TO CUT THE WALL WHICH WAS MADE IN MODEL IN PLAVE USING BLEND I COUD NOT.I HAD TO USE BLEND BECAUSE IT WAS ANGLED TAPERED WALL WHICH HAS TO CUT DIAGONALLY. WHEN TRIED WITH VOID EXTRUDE IT SAYS VOID IS NOT CUTTING ANY SOLID PART. BLENDED WALL CANOT BE CUT?

try to create generic family wall based and make to required void in it & cut it from the wall in the family then load it in the file

There are multiple replies.  If one doesn't work try another.  Below is a demonstration of the exact steps I've given you earlier.
