I imported my model into enscape to get a better feel for the textures and my ceiling level is completely missing, but is visibly and an editable piece on the revit side of things... any advice?

Your ceiling level? You mean just the ceiling itself? Rendering software doesn't show annotations if you are actually talking about the level itself.

I am just clicking the Enscape extension that comes along with revit. I will maybe try exporting it into a sketchup model and opening it from there.
