Just use the open function in Revit or drag the file onto your already open Revit session.

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.

If you insist on using Explorer; DO NOT use double click
1... Either select the file and hit ENTER
2...OR select file; left click and select open

DOUBLE CLICK is bad practice/habit not just for Revit 🙂

Firstly, I cannot understand what "start projects from the scanned" means?
Secondly, why do you insist to open Revit files using doubleclick from a Explorer window?

For convenience, you can use add-ons such as tab coloring to distinguish open documents from each other.
For example, to COLOR YOUR TABS or change the POSITION OF WINDOWS (cascading / mosaic).
I attach to the video the coloring of the tabs by belonging to the open projects of Autodesk Revit.
