Open ifc mapping categories fail

I am trying to open the attached IFC file in Revit 2024. This file only contains IfcSlab.FLOOR, but when I import it into Revit, all the elements are mapped to the Site category instead of the Floor category.

Can someone identify why this is happening? Is there something wrong with the IFC file?

On opening I got a warnings on duplicate points

I can repeat your issue when opening the IFC directly in Revit as a Model and all Elements are associated to SITE.

However, when Linking in the Model the Floors are Identified as Floors so i can only assume there has been an anomoly during the Mapping Process at some point
