Even though I always try to install everything on partitions different than C:, some programs, including those created by Autodesk, create files on C: drive. Trying to save some space on C: drive I noticed a weird folder containing files connected with old verions of Autodesk programs I had on my computer. Even though I always uninstalled them, the files remained. Is it now safe to remove those folders? I don't want to affect my current Autocad/Revit versions.
BTW: what happened to Autodesk Seek?

@Anonymous,
Yes, those files are from the Web Installer (WI) from when you installed the software. Typically, I would recommend keeping the installation files for repairs/reinstalls if needed. However, the Web Installer can only be used during the first time you download/install, then they're no longer good.
You can delete the entire C:\Autodesk directory.

Is this true of all Revit installs or only if the WI folder is there? I have a PC that I'm trying to clear space, and I see where I could potentially clear up 30GB just in the program files folder, if they aren't used after the initial install. Or do I clear out all but 2019? Your response is appreciated.
Never delete anything out of Program Files unless the program was uninstalled.
Look in the journal file locations to help clear out old files.
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit 2019\Journals
Also
%Localappdata%\local\temp
Thank you, would there be any reason to keep past years versions of the Revit Programs? See my screenshot from client PC, thank you.
That is up to the user. I still have 2015, 2016 and 2017 installed as we have projects that are not updating to the latest. If they don't have any projects in those versions they could be removed.
Autocad 2018 could be uninstalled since 2019 is there. All the Navisworks Manage/Freedom prior to 2019 can be uninstalled.
I agree you don't want to delete anything from C:\Program Files
Instead, clean out the following directories:
