Old issue with cantilevers and steel connections never fixed

Some years I posted an issue that was happening mitered beams and connections to a steel beam.

The mitered ends would become disconnected when you had a beam connection to a support beam.

I received a reply back and it was stated that this is an internal issue and they would have to rewrite the entire code for the software to fix it. I mean if we are paying alot of money for a product shouldn't that be fixed?

So Im guessing it has not been fixed?

"Cantilevers" and "Miters" and "Steel Connections"?  I'm not sure what you are describing. Got pictures?

Cantilever beam:
cantilever beam is a rigid structural element that is supported at one end and free at the other. The cantilever beam can be made of either concrete or steel whose one end is cast or anchored to a vertical support. It is a horizontal beam structure whose free end is exposed to vertical loads

Dude, I didn't ask you for a dictionary definition of the word "cantilever".  Please. RME.

I was asking you to clarify your issue because "Cantilever" and  "Mitering" and "Structural Connections" seem like non sequiturs.

But never mind; I've  lost interest now.

Have you posted this in the Revit Structure Forum?

Also maybe check updates in Revit 2019-2022--could be a fix now?
