NWC export of a linked model

Hi,

I successfully exported an nwc of a linked model from a Revit view/scene. The problem is when I append in my Navisworks, the model is not "itemized", it's one block essentially. This means I cannot select an object to see it's properties. I know the data is there as I can search for properties if I know what I'm looking for. But really I want to be able see the properties.

Will repost in Navisworks forum if there's additional processing that needs to be done there.

Much Appreciated.

Yep, stumbled through that one already! When I export Convert files checked, I append into a Navisworks file set (nwf). Then when I go to select an item, the whole model is selected (can't select an item individually). I am however able to Find Items if I know what I'm looking for. Using the Selection Inspector, I can then select the item and see the properties. I just can't select an item directly. Could this just be a limitation when exporting linked models out of Revit in this manner?

The use-case here is on a large project, we can't directly open another trade's model. So it's useful to live-link, have view ready for export an nwc for investigation.
