I am running NVIDIA Quadro M2000M graphics card with Revit 2017.2
and have this message under Options / Graphics
Unknown video card
The installed video card 'NVIDIA Quadro M2000M' has not been tested with Revit.
You may continue to use Hardware Acceleration.
If you experience graphics display issues, you should:
- Turn off Hardware Acceleration
the problems I am experiencing are with rendering and the 'realistic' setting for 3D views does not work
Does anyone know a fix for this?
thanks

@MarkRitchie3821: As I recall, the M2000M has been a topic of discussion before; either here or Revit Forum. You may find a solution by searching these sites.
Yes, thanks I have looked around and there is no specific solution for the Revit 2017.2 M2000M combination. I guess I'll have to wait for Autodesk to resolve the compatibility.
Revit doesn't use the GPU for rendering, so your rending problem may be coming from somewhere else.

Please download the latest driver from the link below:
Let me know if it works after you update the latest driver.
Also please see link below for graphic hardware compatilbiltiy for large scale models:

Yes, you were right. The problem turns out to be with reading the materials library. Now fixed. Not a graphics card issue at all.
thanks for the help
