Hi all, I have looked for an answer to this on the forums but was unsuccessful (please point me in the right direction if it is answered elsewhere)
I want a room schedule as a 2D table where the room name is the x-axis and the level is the y-axis.
I would like the table to be populated by the number of each room name type on each floor.
How can I go about setting this up?
< my current schedule
<formatting I would like to have (except it would automatically update the counts, my colleague typed each line of this version out.)
I think this is not possible. Rows cannot be become columns in Revit. But you can sort the schedule of rooms by type and sort by level, and create subtotals to count the number of types of rooms per level.
It is possible but you will need a bunch additional parameters and formula. If you are still interested then share a Revit model here and I can show it.
Thank you for the offer, but I am unable to share due to the confidentiality of my client.
Would you have any suggestions of tutorials (i.e. you tube) that I might be able to use to work it out myself?
