NSW Regulated Design Record Stamp Schedule

Any one setup the NSW Regulated Design Record Stamp yet? How have you got the Revisions reading only what you want - the rev Schedules cannot be filtered which is super annoying - thoughts?

In Revit 2024 revision schedules can be filtered.

haha of course - thanks mate - any idea how to workaround without this function in pre 24?

Unfortunately not. My solution was to manually manage each title block on each sheet. Same as the old autocad days. If you're used to the automation of Revit, I'd recommend having a checklist or a reminder to ensure that this title block is filled out correctly at the appropriate times.

Or upgrade the project to Revit 2024 and hope not much breaks.

Filter based on what?

based on revision (anything) could be sequence/description
description would be good cause we could have exactly same description for all "regulated" issues

@ToanDN, state government requirement in NSW that any changes to "regulated designs" must be separately revisioned and sent off to them for approval. It essentially means having 2 revision schedules on each sheet that must run independent of each other.

seems answer is upgrade to 2024

2024 unfortunately does not filter rev schedules - back to square one

It does, but only in project. Add the revision schedules to your sheets in the project and you can filter them. See attached project.

What do we do with the original Issue though where there may not be any clouds?
I guess we add one to all sheets and then dont show via Rev Settings - shame we have to workaround for this though
