I had this problem 3 years ago and never really received a solution. The problem went away but I am once again not receiving notifications to my posts when they are replied to. Is this something that is fixable?
The box saying email when someone replies is checked.
On my last thread I had the same problem. I just thought it was a fluke.... but seems to impact more members.
I also wasn't able to upload a family.
Thank you. I replied to this using Chrome - we'll see what happens.
On a side note, using Chrome speeds up my computer fan. Chrome seems to generate a lot of processing activity.
This reply was made using Chrome to see if I receive an email notification when someone replies to it. I am trying to see if using IE 11 is the reason I don't receive notification by email anymore. Could someone please reply to this?

Not sure it has to do with explorer, explorer isn't the engine which sends you notification. They go from the forum to your email...Check if they are going to a spam or junk folder. At one point my Samsung mail app was sorting out some emails to a different spam folder which I never noticed over 6 months lol.
Check if you mail is synced with such apps.

Nothing going to junk mail. I just don't get the notifications anymore. Thank you for replying anyhow!
If you open your email folders you do not have any peculiar 2nd spam/junk folder? like Spambox or Spam or Junkbox?
Did you check any email filtering/sorting protocols which may be set on your end?

I have a Junk folder in Outlook that picks up stuff identified as spam / junk and displays it for deletion. It never has picked anything from Autodesk, in fact when I was receiving notifications, they went directly to my Inbox.
Not sure when your problems started again, but the email address the notifications come from changed back in October:

Is it possible that you have some firewall-level security setting in place that could be blocking these emails?
Or maybe for whatever reason your email address is blocked on Autodesk's end... guessing you checked the Notification Settings of your account?
I get twice daily notifications from our IT spam software that let's me block or release the emails they filter out. none from this forum.
Here also, I don't receive any notifications.
Using Chrome on Win10 and Stock browser on Android.
No Mails in Junk folder.
Best regards, Michel
They have confirmed that it is a known issue they are working on fixing...so you don't need to fiddle with any settings they are just fine
