Non-Symmetric Truss Profile

I am having trouble with getting the Truss family in the image below to conform to the required shape. Is it possible for the truss to fit to this profile I have drawn in red?

Not sure what truss family you are using but does it not have the built in level offset parameters in the properties?

It you are using a Truss Family you can edit the Top and bottom Chords as required.

If you are using a Structural Framing/Beam Truss this would not be possible

You can attach top of truss to a roof and bottom of truss to another roof to make that shape.

Example:
