From basic geometry we know, that if two 2D planes intersects they create a 1D line. Why it is not working in section plane and reference plane? why I dont see a reference plane that is not perpendicular to section (but still intersects) in section view?
is there any solution to this?
i do want to show site boundaries in sections of a building (obviosly site boundaries are not parralel to building walls)
i cant place here model, but I created test model with modeled issue (attached)
The issue is that a section is not a plane. It is a volume. Thus the reference plane would not show up as a line but as a a 2d Shape.
If all reference planes would be shown that are not perpendicular than this would create a cluttered view. Most of the time you will use these reference planes especially to help with creating things perpendicular. Reference planes are normally use as assistance tools, not as objects.
In your case I would lines or other (3d) objects to have them visible in section views. Also her would be that if an object is not perpendicular to the view it will not show up as a line buta s a2d shape caused by the section view not being a plane.

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.
To see the reference plane in the section, it needs to be perpendicular to the section.
If you place a new section line perpendicular; to the angled Ref line you will see that one but not the other ref line.
