no internet connection Building Design Suite 2012 on Windows 8.1

Hi.

 

We have a problem regarding the login to Autodesk account within the software of the Autodesk Building Design Suite 2012. Specifically, we use Revit with the cloud rendering plugin from Autodesk, which requires the login to Autodesk account in the software itself. When we try to login an error message pop up that says “No internet connection” saying that the software does not recognize the internet connection when it is working fine. This happens with any application from the Suite (AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Revit MEP…).

Right now we have the Suite installed on Windows 8.1 OS which was recently adopted. Before, we had the same software but on Windows 7 OS and everything was working well.

After several attempts to solve the problem we end up the same.

We have no proxy connection to the internet and we tryed to clean the browsers and temporary folders.

If anyone has any suggestion to solve the problem we would appreciate very much.
